Shut Up a Mobile Marketer: Why DON'T U MDM?

We don't have BYOD but we do use Webroot as a pseudo MDM as well as anti-malware package for company issued phones. What I'd REALLY like to see is a package that actually does both protection and management. I've done some testing with MaaS360 and certainly like it for what it does. Problem comes when you have to use two separate software packages to manage AND protect your mobile devices. Pretty much by definition there will be overlap in functionality and you're better off choosing one or the other.
